    Prenatal Support

    Our Prenatal sessions are created to give you knowledge, confidence, and peace of mind as you prepare for your pregnancy and birth journey. During our visits, I’ll meet with you and your partner to walk through the stages of labor, explore comfort techniques, and help you create a personalized birth plan—all while building a trusting relationship that empowers you for the big day.

  • Labor Support

    As your doula, I will be by your side throughout labor, providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. I’ll help you with comfort measures, positioning to encourage labor progression, and techniques to stay relaxed. I’ll also support and guide your partner and family so they feel confident and involved—always in the way that best reflects your wishes.

    Postpartum Support

    Soon after your birth, I’ll visit you in your home to check in on your recovery and make sure you feel cared for and supported. During this visit, I can assist with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding guidance, answer questions about newborn care, and offer tips for rest and healing. I’ll also be there to listen—providing emotional support as you process your birth experience and adjust to life with your baby. My goal is to ensure you feel confident, encouraged, and never alone in this new chapter of motherhood.
